Request account deletion
Deleting your Zee Chat account removes access to your account and begins the deletion of associated data, subject to verification and any necessary legal or security retention.
The fastest optionIn Zee Chat, go to Settings → Delete Account while signed in.
What happens next
- 1We verify that the request belongs to the account owner.
- 2We confirm your request through the account contact details.
- 3We delete the account and associated data, except where retention is required.
Send a deletion request
Enter the phone number or email linked to your Zee Chat account. Your email application will open with a pre-filled request for our support team.
If your device does not open an email application, write to [email protected] with the registered phone number or email address.
